The Quatrain is clearly stating October 3ed.

We feel that this date has meaning… and the fact that something will be “released” is somewhat frighting…. and unleashed it was… Congress approved and Bush signed into law on October 3ed 2008 a flood of 800 billion printed dollars.. to hand over to bankers…  it was released alright…

Crusaders will be attached by rank?  That was interesting as well.   Considering that both parties voted for the bailout.
